Halfbrick's casual hit Fruit Ninja attracts 300 million downloads in two years
Healthy figures

Australian dev Halfbrick has revealed that Fruit Ninja has been downloaded 300 million times on mobile devices.
The studio released the impressive statisic to celebrate the game's two-year stint on App Store, during which time it has risen above its peers to become the second-most downloaded app on Apple's mobile marketplace.
No prizes for guessing the first, peeps.
Halfbrick CMO Phil Larson has no intention of allowing his team to rest on its laurels, promising the studio has "more tricks up its sleeves" in the coming months.
"We're showing the world how Aussie creativity can make a huge impact on games worldwide," Larson continued.
This Qi Top 5 title, which is also a regular on the Top 20 UK Paid Apps chart, has played host to 1.5 trillion instances of fruit chopping, and 50 billion slicing combos. That's a mighty big fruit salad.
Android users can download Fruit Ninja HD from Google Play for 76p / 99c.
